By using the Unigrad.org platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms of service in full. If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the platform.

To create an account on the platform, you can choose one of the following methods:

• Registration using email and password
• Sign in via Google account (Google OAuth)

When signing in via Google OAuth:
• Your first name, last name, and profile picture are obtained from Google
• This data is used to create your profile
• You have the right to disconnect Google connection at any time

You are responsible for the security of your account and should not share login credentials with third parties.

When using the platform, you are obligated to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep personal information up to date
• Use the platform for lawful purposes
• Respect the rights of other users
• Comply with platform rules
• Be responsible for your profile picture and personal information

The following actions are prohibited on the platform:

• Providing false information
• Accessing another user account
• Sending spam or harassing messages
• Uploading viruses or malicious software
• Attempting to breach platform security
• Using for illegal activities
• Unauthorized use of another person profile picture or data
• Violating intellectual property rights

Terms regarding profile picture and other content:

• Your uploaded or Google-obtained profile picture should represent you
• Profile picture must not contain inappropriate, violent, or illegal content
• You are fully responsible for your profile picture
• You must have rights to any content uploaded to the platform
• We have the right to remove content that violates rules

Our platform provides the following services:

• University information
• Educational programs and courses
• Online university applications
• Personal profile management
• Educational consulting services
• Testing and assessment systems

We have the right to improve or modify services.

For paid services:

• All prices are displayed in Uzbek sum
• Payments are made through secure methods
• No refunds after service usage (except special conditions)
• Refund policy may be set separately for each service

All content on the platform (design, texts, logos, images) is the property of Unigrad.org and protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

When using Google OAuth sign-in:

• You also comply with Google terms of service and privacy policy
• We cannot guarantee the functioning of Google services
• Data obtained from Google is processed according to our privacy policy
• You can disconnect Google connection at any time

Our platform is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Technical failures or service interruptions
• Data loss or corruption
• Damage resulting from user errors
• Issues related to third-party services (Google OAuth)
• Decisions or actions of universities

We have the right to suspend or delete your account in the following cases:

• Violation of terms of service
• Performing prohibited actions
• Failure to meet payment obligations
• Attempting to harm the platform

You can also request account deletion at any time.

All disputes related to platform usage should first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

We may periodically update these terms of service. All changes are published on the platform. We will notify you by email of significant changes. If you continue to use the platform after changes, you are considered to have accepted the new terms.
