Year 1

Students enter in April, affiliate with the department of the supervisor who accepted them before application, and begin the core lecture and practice programme alongside their department's lab seminars.

Year 2

The second year centres on the mandatory thesis research project under the supervision of faculty in the affiliated department, with remaining coursework completed alongside. Second-year A-term lectures continue (Global Health Policy II, Community and Global Health II, Human Genetics II, Developmental Medical Science II, International Cooperation for Medical Education II).

Year 2 · Completion (end of

Submission of the master's thesis and the thesis defence, followed by examination by the School's Committee and conferral of the Master of Health Science. Master's degree students who accomplish their coursework and submit their thesis will be granted the degree of Master of Health Science.
