How to Enroll

Follow these steps to apply Warsaw University of Technology (WUT)

Create an online application with admission documents

The application process is carried out through the online application system at www.students.pw.edu.pl/apply. Create an application by filling in your details. You can apply for up to three specialties.

Pay the entry fee

The contribution amount will be $20.

Take the test

You will receive a link to the maths and English tests, which are also taken online through the application system. These will place you on the appropriate course – either a regular curriculum or a Foundation Year course. You will have 90 minutes to complete each test.

Wait for the university's decision

The university has a maximum of 15 days to send a preliminary decision.

Apply for a visa

After receiving an invitation letter from the University, you need to apply for a visa by collecting the necessary list of documents, consisting of an application form, passport, health insurance, certificate of acceptance for study, confirmation of availability of financial means, certificate of no criminal record and a medical certificate.
