Student accommodation

There is no university housing at Wakamatsu. Every hall Kyutech lists is at Tobata or Iizuka, so a student on an LSSE course — three of its four English courses — has to rent privately.
International House, at Tobata and at Iizuka: ¥5,900 a month for a single room, plus roughly ¥5,000-10,000 in metered utilities. Students may stay a maximum of six months.
Student Residence at Iizuka: ¥15,000 a month, reducible to ¥8,000 under a waiver, plus about ¥5,000-10,000 in utilities.
Global Cultivation Center at Tobata: ¥15,000 a month plus about ¥6,000 utilities, so roughly ¥21,000 all in (computed). Two intakes a year, with around 9 male and 6 female places.
Meisen Dormitory at Tobata is ¥23,000 a month all in (computed) but is open only to first-year male undergraduates in Engineering, so no postgraduate can use it.
There is no common-service charge at any Kyutech hall; utilities are always billed separately. The two rent lines on the English page are the student rate and the researcher rate, not rent plus a charge.

About half the 54 listed scholarships are closed to non-Asian nationals, and others require JLPT N3 or an age under 26 — none of which appears on the summary page. At least ten listed awards have stopped recruiting.
Applying to more than one of the three Wakamatsu courses at once disqualifies you: the GE4 scholarship flyer states that a simultaneous GAAR or DAMD application voids the application, and says so nowhere else.
Kyutech publishes no Certificate of Eligibility guidance for a student's own visa — the only CoE material covers bringing family.
No career support for international students is published in English; the careers pages are Japanese-only and the English page is an outcomes table from AY2024.
Counselling for international students is published for Tobata only, on Thursday lunchtimes — no Iizuka or Wakamatsu session is listed.
